Questions.
Hair spa or protein treatment — which do I need?
A hair spa is for nourishment and relaxation: cleanse, mask, massage. An SP protein treatment targets one problem — dandruff, hair fall, frizz, colour care — and works best as a course of four sittings, two weeks apart.
How often should I get a hair spa?
Every three to four weeks suits most people. If your hair is damaged, your stylist may suggest a treatment course first.
Does a hair spa help with hair fall?
A spa improves condition and scalp health; for hair fall, ask about the SP hair-loss treatment. Sudden or heavy hair fall is worth checking with a doctor too.
Is there a package?
Pay for four hair spas (shea butter or protein) and the fifth is free.
What does “onwards” mean on the price?
It’s the starting price for that length or duration. Longer or thicker hair can cost a little more — your stylist confirms the price before starting.
