    Consultation

    Your stylist looks at density, texture and growth patterns and asks how you wear your hair day to day before suggesting a shape.

    Wash

    Shampoo and conditioner at the basin — part of the cut, not an add-on.

    Cut

    Wet or dry depending on the shape: layers, a fringe, a bob or a clean one-length.

    Blow-dry & finish

    Styled the way you’ll actually wear it, with a few tips for repeating it at home.

Make it last.

  • Book a trim every 6–8 weeks to keep a defined shape; long layers can stretch to 10–12.
  • Use a heat protectant before blow-drying or ironing at home.
  • Ask which products your stylist used — they’ll tell you what’s worth buying and what isn’t.

Questions.

Is the wash and blow-dry included?

Yes. Every haircut includes the consultation, a wash and a blow-dry or styling finish. The rate card price is for the whole service; GST is added on the bill.

What’s the difference between a Top Stylist and a Senior Stylist?

Seniority. Top Stylists are the most experienced cutters on the floor; Senior Stylists have years of Toni&Guy training and a loyal client base. Both work to the same Toni&Guy methods. You can ask for either when you book.

Do you cut curly hair?

Yes. Mention it when you book so your stylist can plan for it — curly hair is often cut dry, or partly dry, to see where each curl sits.

Can I get just a fringe trim?

Yes — a fringe cut is ₹300.

Do you cut children’s hair?

Yes, for children aged 10 and under: ₹500 on the women’s menu and ₹300 on the men’s.

Is there a membership for regular cuts?

Yes. Pay ₹10,999 once for unlimited women’s haircuts for a year (for the same person).
