Make it last.

  • Sleep with your hair in a loose bun or a silk scarf to keep the shape overnight.
  • Keep it away from steam, rain and a sweaty helmet as far as you can — moisture undoes heat styling.
  • A little dry shampoo at the roots buys an extra day.
  • At home, always use a heat protectant before blow-drying or ironing.

Questions.

What’s the difference between a blast-dry and a blow-dry?

A blast-dry is a quick dry with no brush styling — ₹400 with a wash. A blow-dry is shaped with brushes for smoothness, volume or bends at the ends, from ₹700.

How long will a blow-dry last in Kochi’s humidity?

On frizz-prone hair, humidity can drop it within a day; smoother hair often holds till the next wash. Ironing holds better than a blow-dry, and keratin is the long-term answer to frizz.

How much is it to get my hair done for a wedding?

A simple hairdo is ₹1,400 and an advanced hairdo ₹2,500. Tonged waves start at ₹1,000 for shoulder-length hair.

Is ironing or tonging bad for my hair?

Occasional heat styling with a heat protectant is fine for most hair. It’s daily high heat at home, without protection, that does the damage.

What is scrunching?

A styling technique that brings out your natural curl or wave instead of straightening it out — from ₹500.

Should I come with washed hair?

Ironing, tonging and hairdos work best on clean, dry hair. If you’d like a wash first, mention it when you book so your slot allows for it.

Do you style men’s hair for events?

Yes — men’s styling is ₹500. A cut with styling is on the men’s haircut menu.
