Do I need an appointment?
Booking is the surest way to get the time and stylist you want. Book online or send a WhatsApp message with the service and a rough time, and the salon confirms your slot.
Do I have to pay to book?
No. A booking here is a request: you pick a service and a time, the salon confirms on WhatsApp, and payment is settled at the salon. For bridal or at-venue bookings, ask the salon about advances.
Is this the TONI&GUY on Civil Station Road?
No. This is TONI&GUY Essensuals Infopark, on Infopark Road at Kusumagiri. Kakkanad has other TONI&GUY salons; the prices, offers and bookings on this site are for the Infopark salon only.
Is the salon for men and women?
Yes, it’s unisex: men’s cuts, fades, beard work and grooming, plus women’s hair, skin, nails, bridal and party services.
Where exactly is the salon?
1st Floor, Pine Arcade, Infopark Road, Kusumagiri, Kakkanad — adjacent to Prestige Hillside Gateway, above Apollo Pharmacy.
What are your opening hours?
Mon – Thu 10 AM – 10 PM · Fri – Sun 9 AM – 10 PM. Open every day, including Sundays.
Do the prices include GST?
No. Rates are listed before government service taxes, which are added to the bill.
Why do some prices say “from” or “onwards”?
Those depend on your hair’s length and density, or on the stylist’s level. Your stylist confirms the price before starting.
Is the wash included with a haircut?
Yes. Every haircut includes a consultation, a hair wash and a blow-dry or styling finish.
Is it safe to colour if I’ve never done it?
Yes — book a patch test first. It’s recommended for everyone colouring for the first time.
