No — head and shoulder massages include a hair wash and blast-dry, so you can go straight back to work or out.
What is reflexology?
Pressure-point massage, mostly on the feet, based on the idea that points there connect to the rest of the body. Most people book it simply because it’s deeply relaxing.
What happens in a scrub and wrap?
A full-body scrub to exfoliate, then a body pack, wrapped so the skin absorbs it. It takes 60 minutes and leaves skin noticeably softer.
