Your colourist checks your natural base, any old colour and your skin tone, then picks shades with you from the swatch book.

Recommended about 48 hours ahead if you’re new to colour or changing brands.

All-over, foils or freehand painting, depending on the result. Lightening is done in stages when your hair needs it.

Tone, rinse & finish
Toner where needed, a thorough rinse and condition, then a blow-dry so you see the real result.

- Wait 48 hours before the first wash so the colour settles.
- Switch to a sulphate-free, colour-safe shampoo and wash in lukewarm water.
- Use a heat protectant — heat fades colour faster than anything else.
- If you’ve gone lighter, book a toner refresh between colour appointments.

How much does balayage cost?
Balayage, ombré and lumi-ombré start at ₹4,500. The final price depends on length, density and how much lightening you need, so it’s confirmed at the consultation — before anything is applied.
Do I need a patch test?
If it’s your first time colouring, yes — it’s recommended. A small dab of colour goes behind the ear or inside the elbow and is checked about 48 hours later.
Will highlights damage my hair?
Any lightening changes the hair, but it can be done carefully — in stages if needed, with the right aftercare. Ask about pairing colour with a treatment from the hair spa menu.
How long does global colour last?
Usually four to six weeks before the roots show, depending on how fast your hair grows. A root touch-up keeps it even in between.
Can you fix a home dye job?
Yes — that’s colour correction, from ₹4,000. Bring a photo of the box you used if you can.
Do you colour men’s hair and beards?
Yes: men’s global colour from ₹1,500, beard colour ₹500, moustache ₹350.
