Privacy notice.

Last updated 24 October 2026. This notice covers this website, run by Toni&Guy Essensuals Infopark (1st Floor, Pine Arcade, Infopark Road, Kusumagiri, Kakkanad, Kochi 682030).

What we collect

• When you book or send a message: your name, mobile number, the service and time you chose, and any note you add.
• Where you came from: if you arrived from an ad, the campaign name, so the salon knows which ads work.
• Usage data: if the salon has turned them on, Meta Pixel and Google Analytics record page views and actions such as starting a booking, using cookies set by those services.

How it’s used

Only to confirm and manage your appointment, answer your message, and understand which pages and ads bring people in. We don’t sell your details or share them with anyone else for their own marketing.

Where it goes

• Your booking request is sent to the salon’s own booking list.
• If you tap a WhatsApp button, the message goes through WhatsApp under WhatsApp’s own terms, and you can see everything before you send it.
• Analytics data, if enabled, is processed by Meta and Google under their policies.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to look after your appointments, then it’s deleted.

Your choices

You can book by phone instead, block cookies in your browser, or ask us to see, correct or delete your details: call or WhatsApp 090728 68787.
